Where We Ship

We accept orders only to countries listed during checkout. We do not ship to restricted addresses including military addresses, PO boxes or collection points. 

If you do not see your country at checkout, but are still interested in our products, please email us at concierge@shamseili.com. We might be able to help you explore alternative shipping options.

 

Order Processing

Orders are complete once payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive one within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact concierge@shamseili.com and a member from our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Schedule

Products only ship once all products from your order are ready. We do not ship partial shipments unless otherwise communicated. 

As our products are currently on a made-to-order basis, we aim to have your product delivered to you within 30 days of your order confirmation, but we will always try our best to deliver it sooner.

 

Pre-order (Made-to-Order)

Our products are currently on a made-to-order basis. SHAMSEILI products typically take 30 days from the date of your order to deliver. If there are any delays in production we will notify you in advance. 

Shipment Confirmation: We work with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, SF Express, and DHL to package and ship your products with care. 

You’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once your order ships. An adult signature is usually required on delivery to protect your package from theft or damage. 

 

Shipping Costs & Duties

Prices exclude taxes, VAT and shipping costs. Shipping charges are added at checkout and summarized before you confirm your order. 

For Hong Kong orders, we offer complimentary express shipping.

For international orders, we offer complimentary shipping for orders over 500 USD. 

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction; they are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of what duties and taxes might be implicated.

 

Delivery Issues & Delays

If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we notify you by email and work towards minimising the impact.
